I dropped my Patreon support when the gave the bad camera, poor controls and most frustrating AI companion of the year game a 5/5 AND their GOTY.

I mean its one thing to completely ignore or gloss over the games glaring issues, its another to give it GOTY over games that ACTUALLY WORK.

It was Bloodworth who wrote the review. I figured he would love it. I haven't played it so I can't say one way or another whether I agree. I guess it's okay to drop them for that, if you really disagree with them that much. I bumped mine up recently anyway.

Also the fact that the previous games had technical issues doesn't excuse this game from having them. If anything its less excusable because they've failed to learn from their mistakes.

I used to dislike Huber, but he grew on me. Now I love him. Bosman can be a little too smug sometimes, but I can't help but love the guy. My favorite moments are during Frame Trap with the ultimate panel: Ben, Huber, Kyle, and Jones. Blood is good too, but he doesn't talk as much.

Isa is honestly okay. Huber and the rest of the Uncharted-lovers aren't perfect. At least Ian knows those games are dumb.

I do wish they focused on gameplay a bit more, apart from Nintendo games which they all love.

Dont forget the ABYSMAL framerate as well...jeez what a blunder!!

I watch just a tiny bit and listen to their podcasts if I need to pad out my listening week some more. Sadly they don't really bring anything I don't already get from other podcasts.
They're more positive about stuff like Persona and Pokémon but that's about it.

I liked the idea of the prove it ticket at first, but then Kyle started throwing on some gimmicky bullshit for when people don't use it, and now nobody uses it anymore.

They're pretty much the only guys I listen to for video game news. I really appreciate how they leave politics out of it (or try to when Ian's on the podcast).

One of my favorite moments was on one of the podcasts when Bosman jokingly said, "So Huber, how about Brexit."
