Where the fuck did you by your shit?
I literally bought all of that and a mobo for $1350~ a while ago and run overwatch just fine.
I can OW fine, but not all max settings at 1080p. What's the point if I can't play max settings.
Sounds like a personal problem
Terrible bait. My £750 entry level 4k pc with a 980 oc and i5 4690k oc can play overwatch and the 1080p at over 100 fps. I can play most games at 4k30/45 at high/ultra settings too.
It should have been even cheaper than that if I didn't waste money on flashy peripherals like £100 meme gamer motherboard and a flashy case. I guess I learnt from my mistakes though.
Overwatch at*
OP doesn't even mention what kind of i7 and whether he overclocked it.
That's interesting because I bought $1500 and it runs OW on ultra at 60
doesn't matter. as long as his i7 is even within ~9 years old it doesn't really make a difference for the most part unless the game is super cpu intensive to the point even the latest i7 will crumble, which overwatch isn't. a 2009 i5 750 can run all the latest games at 1080p 60fps+ including fairly cpu demanding ones like mirrors edge catalyst, gta 5 and witcher 3..

overwatch scales horribly. it run very smooth on toasters at low settings but almost impossible to max out. the different between low and max is not even that visible
seems silly, but are you sure you aren't running your integrated graphics instead of pcie? either way your shits fucked.
if not , your shits srsly fucked *
Your shit's fucked. I swapped in a 980 into my 7 year old tower with a i7-2600K + 8GB ram and it can do max settings 1080@60fps no jitter. Can do 120fps, but it isn't 100% solid.
Skylake? I'm not sure which one (I forget). I think it's LITERALLY the newest one.
Ultra != max
("EPIC" is max)
5 year old computer that cost me 2000$, Overwatch works at max.
Shitposting requires style and flavour, You pathetic loser.
>spend $4500 on a gaymen PC
>still can't play Bloodborne
I have a worse rig than that and I run overwatch at max settings 60-70 FPS all the time.
> inb4 dumb OP has render scale at 200% and wonders why no 60+ fps
>Spend $900
>GTX 980 for $250, i5 6600k for $210, Motherboard for $105,everything else for about $300
>Can run most games at 1440p, Max settings, at 60fps+
Okay i'm looking to just play some games from like the early 2010s, and f2p garbage. I was thinking:
950/ti
i5 of some sort
I'm going intel/nvidia solely because I just have always used that stuff, i'm using a really old 8800gt and a q6600 right now, and it just needs to be totally redone.
and that's all I know. I looked at logical increments but I just have no clue about what brand I should buy for mobo, or if I should get a new case (i'm pretty sure everything would fit in this one if I just took all the shit in it, out), if I need a new PSU (wattage rating should be similar right? Or... I really don't know).
Why do you make threads like this OP seriously i really wonder.....
You can run overwatch on max with a shit 750 pc
