I like it, but the grind is real. The game is either a massive disappointment shitfest to some or it is a major hit to others, it is very polarizing in who it appeals to. If the grind is too much now imagine what its going to be like when they release higher floors, they need to increase the drop rates or something, its fucking ridiculous.

Also they are removing the level cap, whatever that means. Ranks wont be relevant anymore or what?

There's a massive difference between the video game board talking about the conclusion to Metal Gear, a story heavy series, after 25+ years, and after months of drama over the fallout of Hideo Kojima and Konami, and talking about a literal kusoge developed by a literal kusoge developer that's F2P for the PS4 that's looked like shit in every trailer we've seen, and had a super quiet release

Cause the gameplay is fairly boring. It's a stripped down version of what you get in the souls games except in LiD fighting more than one enemy at a time can be a real death sentence. You get easily stun locked from hits to the point where 2 enemies can kill you almost instantly.

Yes, if you're retarded. Red Hot Iron, Fireworks Gun, Robber Crossbow, Pick, Jungle Machete and more weapons can easily destroy groups, and that's not even counting AoE Mushrooms.
The game is only a mash stunlock fest if you play like a retard. Having to play cautiously until you level up enough to destroy everything barehanded is the core fun of the game.

Seems cool, but it's not available in my region.

Sorry, Sup Forums, I do love this game. Just beat Max, and I've only died twice, never spent a dime on this and used all of my FREE death medals to upgrade my storage. I like the characters, the weapons are interesting, and I just plain love the intensity of seeing how far I can climb in one go.

If they released this for $60, it would just be without the ability to revive with death medals, or they would cost in-game gold. So stop saying you want a physical version. If you pay attention and learn to play, you won't have to spend anything.

If/when they decide to release this worldwide, all the hype and discussion will have died down already.
So stupid that the game is already translated in English but they wont just release it worldwide.

Buying stuff just lets you revive for free when you die, otherwise you have to pay game currency to retrieve your character or just track them down in the Tower (like in DCSS with phantoms) and kill them

In other words, there's no direct benefit to microtransactions. You can't buy gear to make yourself stronger, for example. And you can get premium currency in-game and use it more meaningfully anyways
