Japan fucked itself by focusing on handhelds and then the console devs think they need to "westernize" the games to still make money, which only drives fans away. FF15 is putrid shit.

Where's this "creative freedom" we had on PS1 with such variety like Wild Arms, Grandia, Legend of Dragoon, Legaia, Azure Dreams,etc.
