I get what you're trying to do, but your math is wrong. If the Switch runs 40% slower when it's undocked compared to when it's docked, that means it runs 67% faster when it's docked compared to when it's undocked.

720p 30fps undocked, 60fps 1080p docked is my bet

I'd say that 60 for and 30 for playing online in tandem would be difficult to implement and likely won't happen. Anyone playing online at home would have a pretty serious advantage over people playing on the go. The likelihood is 720p 30fps on the go and between 900p and 1080p 30fps at home.

Leaks have always existed and when leaks are this in depth, the burden of proof should be placed on the opposing side to disprove it. There's literally no evidence thus far to confirm anything other than a maxwell chipset and therefore that's what should be believed until told otherwise. Ps4 and pro were leaked early, so we're the xbox one and Scorpio and guess what, this leak will also be correct.

But they haven't been changing 'back and forth,' there was a leak in July which suggested that the switch would be running on nvidia mobile technology and hinted at it being a custom x1. Then nvidia announced themselves that they were making the chips for the switch and now this leak is here with much more in depth information, this does nothing but add further credibility about the initial leak involving a custom x1 and literally nothing has suggested otherwise.

Wii had Bowser's Castle 64 which is by far the best MK course and has so many narrow passages, red shells barely have a chance getting you and you actually have to be carewul with bananas and fake boxes.
