Game is very fun, both with survivors and Jason. Generally I find a match after 2~3 search attempts so don't panic and be a little patient. Once in-game it works well.
If you want a survivor with good stamina/running speed to begin with try Vanessa plus don't forget to equip your first perk as survivor and killer.

I thought if the game can randomly pick a player to be Jason, then it should also force other people to choose only the certain characters that are available. Isn't it the point of multiplayer games, to form a balanced party?
So how do you put the battery in the car?
Had a first game, pressed E and he put the battery in the car but the circle QTE thing wasn't moving so i could only press mouse buttons to make sparks. Tried moving mouse around and press buttons but still nothing.

Sure but there is only one killer and different survivors with different perks. If you want to play X and get Y it won't be funny... or they could make general skills instead of setting skills for each surv maybe.

To kill Jason:
1. Stun him 1+ times, this allows for 2
2. Knock him down. This requires either shooting him with the gun or enough damage with sharp objects (blunt are better at stunning but sharp do more damage, damage causes him to be knocked down. A gun is an automatic knock down though because you only get one shot). This unlocks number 3
3. Deal damage to his mask until it breaks. This unlocks step 4.
4. ????? No one has gotten here yet. It's probably either dealing enough damage to his face that he dies, or doing it in a special location.

The campy nature of Jason X is unrivaled. Part 7 was when that shit started but Part X was a sleeping bag double kill.
