Hi Sup Forums, thanks for the advice on Jedi Outcast. I didn't realize you could use the right mouse button for alternate fire mode. The rapid-fire is pretty useful for attacking groups of enemies from far away, and then picking off the last couple from close-up. I also didn't realize I had consumable health items.
Anyway I'm still on the first level and you need 3 codes and when I go down the red corridor there's like a tunnel thing that blows up behind you, and then soon after another tunnel that blows up ahead of you, so then I'm just stuck. What do?
I need to replay this, were there any fan patches and mods, or does it run flawless on modern hardware as vanilla?

Also, this game was kinda hard to finish when going in blind due to plenty of backtracking, unlike Jedi Academy. Still would love to see a sequel done in similar manner, but on new engine and stuff.

Desann's Strong Style is primarily one handed for starters and isn't based on the fast style at all, it has completely different animations. And there's also Tavion's Style which is her own unique Fast Style, that again is also primarily one handed unlike your Fast Style which is two-handed. Hers also has unique animations.

It is the Fast style, but I forgot I meant the multiplayer version. At least in Jedi Academy there were different versions of the Fast Style depending on if you were playing SP or MP, and the latter was one-handed.
So, to reiterate: Desann's style is a slowed down version of the multiplayer Fast Style. And it does a shitload of damage

There's 5 styles in total, all of which are identical in both SP and MP.
You've got the default Fast, Medium and Strong styles, that's the ones available to you, the player, without cheats, in both SP and MP.
With cheats you can get the Tavion Style, which is a unique Fast style, and Desann Style which is a unique Strong Style.

Desann's style isn't a slowed down fast style since all of Desann's moves are one handed while the fast style is two handed for initial hits and ONLY FOLLOWUPS are one handed. I could make a webm but you can see it for yourself in the model viewer.
