Almost any 2D game can work with an arcade stick.
Anything with KB+M should be fine too, as the only button you really use your thumb for is Space, which can easily be rebound to a right thumb button on your mouse.

any PC game. Just bind space bar to something else, probably a side mouse button and you could play literally any PC game after you get used to the space bar replacement.
