Beat the fuck out of him with random shit. If every councilor gets an ax or a machete and all pile on him at once he goes down in no time. You just have to get the gear and meet up BEFORE he gets his rage ability or he just rages out of the stun and damage locks.

You can also lure him to different traps you have to set up like this huge log cutter and kill him that way but it is way to obtuse and difficult to really be feasible.

People have tried beating the shit out of him for the full 20 minutes. That doesn't kill him.

The speculation is that it involves his mom's head. It's the source of his power in the movies, and he gets an alert whenever councilors go near it. People have already tried blasting it with a shotgun, bringing gas there and lighting it on fire. There doesn't seem to be a way to interact with it.

There don't seem to be any traps on the beta map, but the devs have say on a few streams that it is possible to kill him in the beta.

It's extremely hard to catch her because she has crazy stamina and speed. Everyone plays her. It makes playing Jason a chore.

That's the devs fault for making it impossible to survive as any other character. The stealth and composure stats don't do shit - Vanessa is no less stealthy than AJ.

The stamina is such a joke. Even if they want it to be an important stat, the fact that any other character literally runs out of stam in like 5 seconds then WALKS SLOWLY as Jason is right behind them is so stupid and game-breaking.

Vanessa is easy mode.

Is Part 1 Jason (Mom) even in the game?

Vanessa is really the only mode. There's literally nothing you can do as any other character because Jason always knows exactly where you are no matter how stealthy you are.

Instead they should make it so that you CAN run after you stamina is out but it increases your fear and will start to damage you / depending on the rating of the councilor a HUGE stun where they fall down out of breath and recover.

How the fuck do you escape Jason as anyone else? I haven't played him yet so I have no idea what his abilities are. My experience is as follows:

>run away
>he constantly teleports up to you
>run out of stamina
>he just runs and rips you the fuck up

How do you escape him when he finds you? What are good ways to hide?

I don't think you can hide because he'll always know where you are. You can't hold your breath forever.

And even if you could hide, once he's on top of you, you can't lose him. Jump out a window and he'll just teleport outside.

Jenny is pretty good at never getting found because she has 10 composure. Just camp out in an obscure location at the edge of the map with a weapon in case he finds you.

That's when you jump back inside forcing him to walk the fuck around to the door. Then jump back outside once line of sight is broken.

If he is a faggot that walks back around just hop back inside. His powers are on a cooldown. Eventually after enough hops he wont have any more.

I'm actually glad this game is getting positive attention.
It's got a plethora of bugs now, but hopefully they will be fixed in time for launch. And it's just fun overall

Not if you open them first. Smashing only means you will be injured as well. You cam still hop though.

This game is awful. Objectives are boring, Jason doesn't play like Jason at all, he's like fucking Nightcrawler teleporting everywhere, there's no suspense since there's pretty much no fucking way to hide from him or even fucking fight back, it's clunky as shit, and it's shallow as shit.

I can't fucking believe Dead by Daylight is the better game. This is just abysmal. This was supposed to come out in October? Holy shit. What a scam, no wonder it's only available for pre-order to backerkit. No refunds :^)

Stealth just affects your little circle around your character he can sense. It makes it smaller when you're sneaking along. Composure is super important because that allows you to not become fearful as fast when you're in the dark. Keeping low fear and making no noise is the best way to juke him. Its not like DbD where you can hide right next to the killer and get away. If hes near you, your fear will go up and that makes it easier to spot you.
