You're going down a dark path. It's not too late to change your ways. Purchase all your games from developers you care about.
I don't know any pirate who doesn't do that already.
Anime Doctor House is my favorite.
Fuck Priest, even if he was a lolifag.
i pirate every game unless i plan on playing online but that's only for games with active communities, otherwise i'll pirate and play on a private server (and expect it to be a shitty experience).
I pirate any game regardless of how niche the developer is. Free shit is free shit.
I haven't bought a piece of software in over a decade. Paying for something you can get for free is stupid.
nobody gives a shit
It feels good, but you end up not liking games as much because you aren't as invested in them. To get around that, if I pirate a game and finish it I buy it. Most games that I pirate I never finish because I get bored so I don't really feel bad.
If I'm really enjoying a game that I pirated and I think it's too expensive I'll stop playing it and buy it when costs what I think it's worth.
I think the only exception is Stephen's Sausage Roll because I did indeed finish that and did not buy it. I was enjoying it too fucking much to stop, but it is like a $10 game, not a $30 game. I'll buy it when it's $10, though.
It's the principle of supporting your favorite dev/ game. I know not everyone is like that though.
I live in a third world country. I don't have enough money to afford being principled.
Fair enough.
>pirate game
>only play it for like 30 minutes and never touch it again
>buy game
>play it all the way through, 100% it
It does feel good to throw a little monkey wrench into the machine of capitalism
That artstyle makes him look like shit, like some kind of teen who's proud because he's starting to grow a beard for the first time.
>pirate game
>100% it
>buy the same game from a steam sale
>play it for 5 minutes and never touch it again
Because you don't have to pay people who are probably richer than you
>pirate whole game for free
>complete it, enjoy it
>proceeds to pay money for it in a sale anyway
I'm retarded
what sensations are you feeling?
>100% Valkyria Chronicles on PS3
>pirate PC version to see how well it ran on the laptop I had at the time
>end up completing the whole campaign
>buy it on sale but too burned out to even beat the first mission
>developers you care about
