The inflated salaries professional athletes receive are much more upsetting than a handful of asians making 100k a year playing video games.

They both train hours a day, they both have groupies, they both get paid lots of money, they are both famous.

Hate to break it to you but it slowly is, increasing numbers on ESPN for dota/evo prove this. Universities are building their own teams now and offering scholarships. They are even starting to hand out P1 Visas to players from outside of the US. Hate it or love it, it will be a household sport in 10-15 years.
