It has some good tracks, but Sengoku has VI beat in my opinion.

In the defence of people here, Sengoku got the push it did way after patch was released. And VI isn't nearly as freeform as it was.

Not really. After IV all of the games use different styles. Though VI is black sheep in how self contained it is. Other games have very heavy recurring cast.

basically, while sengoku hooks you in with its gameplay, it doesn't have the real meat of the world, which is leazas, helman, zeth, the free cities, and the monster realm
there is so much character in KR and you really get invested in it

Given what Pastel Chime 3 was like, it's pretty clear Alicesoft just can't make SRPGs as good as their other games.

They look fine in Quest, though I would have preferred 2D art like in Galzoo. At least it's not Toushin Toshi 3 levels of bad.

Models looked fine in Quest I think as well, but it wasn't worth not having sprites for your characters.

When exactly is it out? It's already the 23rd in my country.

With Steam releases at least MG generally puts them out right at the last minute on Fridays, but their regular releases usually happen earlier.
