Consoles nowadays sell by their online network mostly.
The CoD audience will buy the console that all his friends have, and unless one of the powers of the Scorpio is to get in the PSN, the game is already lost.
The power only matters indirectly, because it attracts the developers to make games to the system.
And the switch is a mobile game system, and i really don't think Scorpio will either have a screen or a battery.
