this seems to be me with dead rising one
even when I got it to not just black screen on start up, as soon as I got into the first area with all those people and zombies it slowed to a crawl, I don't have a clue what is wrong, I have a good machine and I've googled and searched and I could barely find help to make it run in the first place never mind now run like shit now.
In the end I just had to refund it.

Specs are fine since there are games that might have a specific problem tied to one brand or type of card, or sometimes even the CPU. I've had a few things that required fixing so outside of the box that it did need additional info.

Honestly it just depends on the problem at the end of the day.

Not a game but had some problems with Windows Update not being able to connect / download, and the clock was acting up. Literally thousands of other people having the exact same problems with hundreds of solutions neither of which worked. Frustrating as HECK to try to solve shit with obscure instructions from indian support guys and hitting the wall every single time.

In the end, I managed to fix them on my own.

No, it's still sort of broken but I fixed it by disabling the service alltogether. I learned that it'll eventually finds and installs the updates but it just takes forever to do so while hogging up a ridiculous amount of cpu power. Also fuck having to manually browse which updates contains telemetry shit and/or forced Win 10 updates.
