I recommend The Talos Principle. There are no humans in it, but humanity is the main character in a way, and it might do something for your evaluation of humanity. Also, it's just a beautiful game with beautiful music that makes you think.

Also you don't have to be a 'gamer' to enjoy it. It's a puzzle game which you can pace at your own will and enjoy the atmosphere, music and plot/texts.

If you're suicidal it's better to get human contact than isolate yourself more. Also taking a walk usually works for me when I get depressed.

And prescribe medication which also costs money.
