I'm saying that he has "baby oil face" probably due to some other effect that thye apply to the cutscene and not during play and then pointed out the ps4 couldn't simulate good shadows (like the cutscene ones) without fps drops on Uncharted 4, what is true.

Having different models for cutscenes is the oldest trick in the book.
Kingdom Hearts was jarring about that since for close ups they had full animated faces and then for everything else you had a flat textured in face with a mouth flap.

Even as someone who owns a PS4 and this game, some of the lighting effects, shadows, and foliage movement are impressive, especially on 10+ year old hardware. But the cutscenes are obviously not rendered in real-time. The facial details are completely downgraded when transitioning from pre-rendered to real-time visuals. On top of that, SP runs at 30fps while MP runs at 60. At this point, 30fps hurts my eyes like a bitch and I'm on the verge of selling my PS4 and using my remaining cash to build a damn PC. I've had enough of console bullshit and Sony's antics.
With this line of reasoning we shouldn't use LOD in any shape or form.

Its not a downgrade when the cutscenes are real time you fucking retard. You can pause the cutscenes with photomode and zoom in closer to the model. You can't do that in non-real time.
Things consoles cannot do without sacrificing graphics:

>AO
>mirrors
>AA
Those are the first things to go when they want to keep high resolution, high polys, or high textures
