I have a hard time against boss with my gunslinger, wonder if it's my build or my stuff that sucks.

Currently leveling a pure physique Rifle Commando.
It's boring as fuck but holy shit, that single target damage.

Get more HP, grab Viper Constellation, Cannister Bomb (1point + 3 into the transmuter) for AoE stun.

How is it boring? No AOE I assume?

We're not guaranteed to know the new Mastery before the expansion releases.

Seeing as last time we got some information on the first mastery and we've been waiting an extra long time because Christmas and the new year it seems pretty likely that they'll be giving us information about the other mastery next.

Unless the folks over at Crate are some real cruel sons of bitches.

>killing some of the hardest bosses on ultimate hardcore in 10 seconds
Poison is so fucked in this game. I could never do something like this with Burn.

It's almost Diablo 3 tier speed.

I can kill the boss but I have to drink a lot of potions and kite like crazy.

You need to max that cocktail for sure, friend.

Also invest in more survivability, like picking up Maiven's Sphere in Arcanist.

I wonder what will openly happen with the Cult.

I would refund that cocktail, it's great maxed, though not necessary in a fire strike build but not that great otherwise.
Also, put one point into Ulzuin's Wrath, it's very worth it.
I'd also grab Mirror of Erectote (1 point) in Arcanist ASAP, it's a 4 seconds invul and that works amazingly both as an escape and as a way to facetank burst a target.
Maybe refund Flame Touched to grab it, Flame Touched is good but you're better off maxing your base damage before dumping all your point into +%damage type.
Finish that Demo line and grab Brimstone too, it's the biggest dps gain you can get.

Also, get some HP, refund that Vulture constellation and grab Lion instead, it's cheap and good.
Then work you way down to behemoth to grab Giant's Blood and the HP nodes.

I tried pure soldier and yes it sucks compared to warder or some other variation. Primal Strike is just way better than forcewave or Blade Arc. You can also get huge amounts of health with Warder

I do love me some retaliation build but fuck ranged bosses, i do love attacking for 150dmg each hit

Ch'thon cultist with Shaman / Occultist. Vitality / Chaos and maybe a little bleed Leech build.

Gunslinger pre-actual gunslinger. Demolitionist / Arcanist. Get the Marauder set bonus and shoot shit up.

Rank and File Soldier. Soldier / Demolitionist. Fire and Phys. Pistol and Shield or Gun and Shiel. No special powers, just things any normal human can use. Bombs and guns.

Poisonmancer.

Blademaster. Get that teleport in Nightblade. Get the rush skill in Soldier. Get Pneumatic Burst. Stack speed. Stack chance on hit abilities and AOEs with Physical and Cold stacking. Fly around the map exploding everything.

Seriously though, wait for the expansion so you don't fuck yourself over and get bored of it.

I would like to go Nightblade, but I'm spooked if Blademaster wouldn't be too squishy, maybe Spellbreaker would be better for hardcore

I played 200 hours of this video game I don't know if getting burned out is an option anymore
