honestly with how you have to run around and do quests for every skill post 50, blue mage could easily work. just gate each "monster ability" behind a quest. it differs in no way whatsoever from current jobs but they can still slap the name blue mage on it and pretend like it does due to the nature of the quests

Yeah I'm not feeling it. Today is the last day of that 4-day comeback thing for me, and I just dont know if I want to continue. I stopped playing after finishing HWs main content with an ilvl of 150.
So even with the MSQ, there's no way around the tome grind for me, to raise my ilvl I think.

How do you guys deal with the tedious repetition of the endgame? I haven't thought like this before the break, but right now, it feels like if I subscribe again, I'm actually paying to "work", rather than play.

Easiest is types of blue magic - single target, aoe, debuff, buff, conal.

So single is always 260 potency for example, and then you have the blu hunting log where you go hunting for animations other than the standard one it comes with.
