That part fits USSR and USA more. Gas is humane. Had they won they'd be celebrated like guillotines and the French Revolution. The Empire resembled all three players in ww2, inefficient use of troops like USSR and allies in general, troops were volunteers like allies, the general style was nazi/Prussian with storm troopers and classy uniforms, expensive projects.. Make of it what you will but I don't think it was an accident that the officers had British accent.
