12 D A Y S Skyword Sword in Switch Edition?

It's confirmed that SS will be the next HD Port of Zelda games, how good will it look on the Switch?

Reminder to never believe (((leaks)))

>worst Zelda title
who cares

>yfw they're remastering Skyward Sword so they can delay BotW

thats what i thought lol

squidwerd sword

>ALTTP rehashed (as ALBW)
>OoT rehashed
>MM rehashed
>Wind Waker rehashed
>TP rehashed

You don't say

>Skyword Sword HD remaster
>the only game in the series which has an artstyle that intentionally blurrs the picture

Totally neccessary.

Skyward Sword was garbage anyway, why would anyone care?

You couldn't pay me to play that shit again.

>HEY SONY! 13 DAYS 7 HOURS 58 MINUTES AND 12 SECONDS UNTIL YOU DIE!

How would Skyward Sword even work without motion controls? The whole game is built around terrible Wiimote swinging.

I like Skyward Sword. Definitely one for the "fuck you, I liked it" threads.

Sadly, Switch will still have motion controls.

Do we know that for sure? Seems like an odd choice considering Nintendo is trying to distance themselves from the Wii brand with this thing.

Skyward Sword used gyro and pointing.
Switch has gyro and pointing.

>Skyward sword with z targeting, suspend save and shaving all of phi's dialogue where she just repeats what was already said
>no tell you what an item is again every time you turn back on the console

It's nice to dream

would buy

>starting console wars

Friendly reminder

>Do we know that for sure?
"Official" confirmation will be in 12 days. There is an IR blaster and motion sensor in the right Joycon.

A delayed game is eventually good, a bad game is remade forever.

but ALBW is a new game

It's a "soft reboot" they're all the rage these days. You get to make a rehash, without actually making a rehash. See The Force Awakens. Normies are too dumb to notice.

How will they handle Wind Waker and Twilight Princess?

Will they release them on the Gamecube Virtual console or port over the Wii U remasters?

Wind Waker SD and TP SD, 60 bucks each.

I don't see why the seperated joycons couldn't act as wiimote replacements if they wanted them to. I imagine they'd also want to at least keep them for the sake of Wii Virtual Console downloads from the eShop. But since motion controls aren't really a new fad anymore, they're not focusing on them much, if even at all, for marketing and instead are just treating them as something that happens to be there. But since you'd have to be expected to stick the joycons into a tablet screen or doggo controller, I imagine they won't make too many games for the Switch that actually demand the use of motion controls.

I kind of feel the same way about the possibility of a touch screen. If it's docked, you have no access to it at all, so they obviously can't make games that require it for use, but at the same time I can't imagine them completely abandoning it because it would be really nice to have if only for the sake of having DS and 3DS games on a Virtual Console for a proper handheld.

>Gran Turismo
I thought it was 'Grand Turismo'.
