No. If that was the case, they'd have dropped scorpio completely. They just realized pc users aren't going to cave to consoles and they might as well establish a presence there. Even if they did get a console, it would only be for a handful of game when consoles earn their case off selling multiplats and paid online services.

In any case, no one wants to learn or take the time on how to build a fucking pc which is why consoles exist.

I bought a xbone S over black Friday weekend, been playing the shit out of doom and finishing Halo since I never did have a 360 or the of Xbox. This controller is the comfiest ever.

Had a PS3 last gen and the controller just turned me off, the PS4 is better but the analog stick placement is still goofy.

I dunno, maybe I'm dumb to buy it but the MS Store deal was great and I'm having fun.

PC gamer here. Bridging the gap is never going to work. I already own a fucking PC, why the hell would I buy an Xbone too? I meant, I own one from before my ascendance, but I regret it immensely.

The only console I would consider buying is the PS4 for Trails, Persona, and KH.

MS isn't making a prebuilt because the cos would go up too much for a console and support would be a nightmare. The already showcased the architecture preview at the last e3 and it's another soc with a scaled down vega on it. That's how they'll keep the price down. They also have that 4k blu ray drive on it which pcs don't have.

Plus the manage to keep a lock down on ecosystem and paid online with doing their usual console thing. The only thing they will do is extend it's features to be a bit more open but not enough to come close to pc. As in you will be able to use more microsoft apps through the windows store but nothing outside of it. No steam, origins or anything.

It basically exists to be the most powerful console for 2 years to see how things pan out.

The problem is MS keeps their games just as sparse as Nintendo throughout the year on top of hardly advertising. They even advertise less for their main franchises like Gears and Forza. DR4 got advertised more than all their other 2016 games. Dead Rising fucking 4.

Almost through the second one. I ended up getting the MCC bad Halo 5 with the MS store deal.

I can see why people hate the floaty jump. I get annoyed with the bullet sponge characters but it's forces me to try different ways to take them down, that's really the only qualms I have against it so far.

Super fun though, the quick swap graphics are super cool, 343 did a good job remastering it.

I unfortunately agree with you, both Microsoft and Nintendo have a lot of great first party games but they never work on many of them. If they give us more first party games and advertise the hell out of them they would do well. Plus even though they make me mad sometimes I don't downright hate either I just wished they make better business decisions. Sony on the other hand can die.
