If I had to choose from this year it would be monster hunter generations. Though 3 is the best MH.

Played lots of vidya and this year was kinda good for an idort and 2017 looks even better.

There was a lot this year I was hyped for, and most of them were let downs. I wanted to like these games more:

Overwatch was surprisingly fun, but my GOTY would have to be Dark Souls 3, but even that still only feels like an 8.5/10 at best.

Overall, my year was alright. I watched a lot of anime I loved this year and got a job at Google, which is nice.

Yeah, I actually had a job for the entire year, so things are looking up.

Titanfall 2
Eh, I suppose it was okay. Worked a lot but quit, so now I have to find a new job, or give college a try. Just gotta figure out what I want to do with my life first.

Metroid 2 remake was the best thing I'd played all year. Just like every good Metroid out there, I feel compelled to replay it every so often just because it just has that addictiveness to it.

Hitman was the under-the-radar game of 2016

I didn't even fucking know they had made a new hitman game after absolution, and it turns out they finally made a worthy sequel to blood money. Pure classic hitman.

Out of all the new games that came out this year, this one was probably the one I enjoyed playing the most.

Granted I don't have a PS4/Xbone so my options are limited to handhelds but nothing this year made me want to buy a console so there's that.

GOTY 2016 was Knights of the Old Republic 2 receiving an update to support 1080p widescreen and steam workshop support with the restored content mod available to download and install with one click

Kinda tough year but got through it, 2017 is looking to be a good year though. Also I discovered steam bundles in 2016 (I know way behind the times, I kinda regret discovering bundles)
