Besides the slow start in the mines and the lack of enemy variety besides hunters and striders during the climax, I think it's the strongest Half-Life game

The setting worked really well with the atmossphere they were trying to establish. Great setpieces with better enemy placement than EP1.

Thanks to CDPR though the world managed to again see how a fucking EXPANSION looks like, so maybe we'll get more of these in the future.
