So is this another one of those cases like when AAA devs conflate "units shipped" with actual copies sold to boost their numbers? Because I'm pretty sure NMS was also Steam's most refunded game of 2016 (if not all time). Not to mention Steam's ass-backwards statistics mean selling a single overpriced $60 game will put it higher up than a $10 game selling five copies, which is part of the reason why GTA V stayed so high for so long.

It has potential I think, the devs just kinda butchered the release by not having all of the content there.
