Fallout 4 would have been amazing if the spoken dialogue was based on your intelligence.
Int lvl 10 and Hate newspapers would be MC sperging out about how newspapers are a dying form of media and about the rise of television.
Int lvl 1 would be MC saying exactly what was on the dialogue wheel.

Too bad that's not possible with voiced dialogue. Too expensive and too much work. Honestly the with a little bit of fine tuning the gameplay for 4 could have been great actually. If it had NV's RPG elements it could have actually been bretty gud
The dialogue for this game is shit, but to be fair, the actual answers are a bit more in depth than that.
