I used to be LE and now I sit on MGE. I also don't play much anymore, only 1-2 games a week, so I'm not as good.

I find CSGO is a game you have to continuously play a lot, or you lose your ability, fast.

i was the ak with the luuraels around it now im nova 4. which is like two or so ranks below what i was. im noticing around 2-4 nova is a shitfest of random fags who dont know shit so i get a winning game with me being top killer. or else i get a losing game with me still on top killer on team. best to queue with a team you know is gonna do good not gonna rank up if you are just one man teaming it.

I was GE on Inferno and Nuke before they got reworked. Had a nearly 70% winrate sub GE and 57% GE.

Then they reworked nuke and I dropped to LEM then they reworked Inferno and now I'm only LE.

It means they're shit, but think they just got fucked over by teammates/valve. Ranks were horribly inflated awhile ago so complete shitters could get high ranks and almost nobody was silver until Valve fixed it.

They did a rework of the ranking system a while ago so evrry game you lost you lost a rank for no reason and now people who are decent are stuck with complete irrecoverable shitter teams and theyre stuck

Get a proper gaming mouse eg. ZOWIE GEAR EC1-A. Use low sensitivity, no more than 1 turn for a half mouse mat. A plastic mat should be better.

Don't buy if your team doesn't have money. Play slowly and plant those bombs to get money. Use smoke granades and flashbangs efficiently. Inform your team. Never start a fight with your team. Learn to play with AWP and to oneshot with AK47.

Not really sure what to suggest getting a reliable team to play with would be a good start, play some pistol hs only servers, pretty fun and let you get better without being a retarded chore like shooting at bots or aim practice targets
Generally teams that defend very passively are the hardest to play against in my experience, and attacking teams that coordinate well, work together and use grenades really well, dont be the guy who dies alone with noone to help him or doesnt help his teammate
