>i want to get a PS4 for this game alone. It looks really cool! Is it worth it? I remember hearing its linked to the Dark Souls series but i have no idea since ive never played em.
I want to get a PS4 for this game alone. It looks really cool! Is it worth it...
>Console "gaming"
You have never played Souls but you want to buy a PS4 just for BB?
Or are you quoting someone?
(You)
>Buying a system for one game
Fucking no
Bloodborne's great though
PS4 has no other good games
So to know BB is good you must've bought a PS4 just for BB.
No im being serious. Im casual as fuck but i want to try the ps4 exclusives.
So is the PS4 not worth it?
You have a pc, right?
Just try out a souls game and if you don't like that one you are probably not going to like BB.
Sorry i dont want to spend $2K to cement my virginity
If you got good Internet they got a streaming service. I got RDR and Mortal Kombat from it. I bought my system for Bloodborne too.
No im an Xbone fag but i hate how little the exclusives it offers.
There are also souls games on the xbone.
Who are you quoting?
>Posting on Sup Forums
>Still a virgin
I got bad news for you friendo
Honestly, bloodborne is a game that demands dedication and isn't for casuals. In terms of gameplay, the rest of Sup Forums will tell you to git-gud all day, but even to understand the lore and story behind Bloodborne - that is, have an understanding of why you're fighting, what is this "eldritch truth", etc. - you must be observant in the game, read everything, and put in the time to dig through the internet for theories and dissertations... For extra credit, you might want to brush up on Latin and slog through the works of Lovecraft (who, although a pioneer in cosmic horror and a master of English, is pretty abysmal as a novelist).
Are they different gameplay wise to Bloodborne? Why did Bloodborne only get released on ps4 then?
It was published by sony.
And they are all action RPGs but Bloodborne leans a little more on the action.
Thats it.
Im quoting my great grandfather
>Why did Bloodborne only get released on ps4 then?
Sony paid for it.
Dark Souls 3 is like BB, play it and see.
I bought a PS4 for Bloodborne and didn't regret it.
Dark Souls 2 and 3 are on Xbone and PS4. The Souls games are similar to Bloodborne in style and layout, but Bloodborne is generally a faster, more offensive game while the Souls games allow you to be slower and more defensive.
It's only available on the PS4 because it was made in collaboration with Sony, while the Dark Souls series was published by Bandai Namco.
Correct me if im wrong but the combat seems kinda similar to Witcher 3 which i love.
Not at all like the witcher 3.
>Correct me if im wrong but the combat seems kinda similar to Witcher 3
You are wrong.
It looks pretty witcher 3 to me
My friend told me that Dark souls was similar to Skyrim.
It isn't like Witcher 3.
They are both videogames.
Both are medieval fantasy.
Both are action rpgs
In both games you can use medieval weapons and magic.
Cosmically they are fairly similar.
I dont even know who is baiting who
*tips fedora*
>paying $250 for a sub30, sometimes 720 "gaming machine"
The current crop just isn't worth the money, period. Buy a PS3 and play DeS in the meantime.
>shits on current generation
>advocates for an even more inferior machine
Never change senpai
PS3's go for $100 or less. That's a fair price for them.
