Hell yeah, the community sure is. Mostly because the mod makers don't hate fun and actually have some fucking good synergies. And it has better looking bosses and enemies than in the main game.

For sure I'd put antibirth equal to WOTL and if they actually update it I can see it passing in quality

Antibrith was shit, items were cool but it tried too hard with the enemies and made everything too bullet hell. It wasn't fun.

the items and just like raw content should be easy to port over, but item synergies and more complicated mechanics will probably take fucking forever and/or may not even be cross compatible since building them both on the same base would likely require starting the mod over from scratch

Antibirth was better than Afterbirth but both are shit honestly,

I just didn't like how few items they added. It was boring.
