>dad walks in

>it ain't me starts playing
>dad helicopters in

I still don't understand if Mikan is actually that clumsy
I mean she rolls down a huge slope in Hope arc just because Nagito touches her

>grandpa walks in

what game?

>Try this pose
>Get cramps and shit myself

Fuck you danganronpa

Mister Gay Sissy 5

I think that's the intention of it

>mom breaks in

>dad time leaps in

>nothing personnel, son

Stop this meme. It's "Fortunate Son".

Good, you deserved it. That's fuckin creepy

No, it's "Born to wave the flag" by The Senator's Sons

No, it's Sandstorm by Darude.

>girlfriend enters room

>at least he's not a fag

>"A-are ya winning son?"

But my girlfriend is in that picture.

seriously anyone who calls it it "it aint me" deserves death by sodomy with barb wire

sauce?

So you like being cucked?

Your girlfriend is an emotionless anime detective with absolutely zero personality?

Kirigiri is the definition of an exposition character. She's only there to further the plot, they didn't bother giving her a personality at all. Do you just like her haircut or something?

Because no one trying to find a song has never cited the chorus before right?

Here you go user. youtube.com/watch?v=2Beda3kFNjo

No, she's literally just the detective character. She seems like the exposition character because you'd normally be playing as the detective in a mystery solving game. In DR you usually play as a normie who hangs around in the background while shit happens around you with Kodaka's awful plot being fed to you instead though, that's all.

>kagiri
>smiling

thats not her you fucking faggot

Mikan seeks out bullying and falls down on purpose

I found her incredibly bland and tedious, especially compared to the other characters. She was deadpan most of the game and she rarely talked. When she did talk it was mostly exposition, she rarely took part in light-hearted mid-chapter conversation. She'd fade into the background until something significant required her to pop in and say "hmmmm". She sucked.

She was Mia Fey: the mentor figure who dies, forcing the character to grow up and put into practice everything they've learned from them.

Except she doesn't die. Not even in the anime.

So this is what is responsible for the stuffing fetish those people have?

Is that a real screenshot?

That worked for Phoenix. Naegi, however, almost killed himself and let the former Ultimate Despair do all the work. Truly a shit MC. At least Kaede is a bitch.

Yes. Now go play them both.

Hopedick makes everyone happy

Yes.
It's also the crucial piece of evidence in convicting the murderer.

What happened? Was she raped? I hope so that very lewd

Also, is there an uncensored or that food is supposed to be there

thats hot

She tripped and fell.
Food's supposed to be there.

Her character trait is that she's clumsy and constantly ends up in lewd poses.
It's intentional

No rape or uncensored because Sonylol.

Play the game you fuck :^(

No, some real heavy spoilers here. That's a crucial piece in convincing everyone a pervert cook is the murderer because he of all people would remember that fall but he couldn't because he wasn't in the room despite his voice being heard.
>was she raped
It's implied she is.

I stick my bone in her meat, if you know what I mean.

bery noice

Sorry to burst your bubble butthat rape doesn't take place during the game, though.

>Sakura will never piledrive your cock right up her womb
Why even live

I want to get into Dangaroppa. Are the games all for Vita? Do they work on a PS TV? What's the recommended playing order?

anymore user?

pc/Vita/PS4

Both the 1st and 2nd games got PC ports.

>That Toko

CUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUTTTTE !

GRAND DAD?

DAMN KIRIGIRI LOOKS LIKE THAT????

It's a meme

What is Danganronpa even about?

No she fell down because the lights were turned off by the Chef so he could stab the fat fake Togami.

No. It's this

2late
fappd

It's a mystery/Ace Attorney-like game though

It's what said but without the out-of-the-box thinking and with the occasional fanservice added in.

>I found her incredibly bland and tedious, especially compared to the other characters.
I felt the opposite, she was one of the only characters in the game who didn't annoy the hell out of me. Maybe this changes in the sequels or something, I wouldn't know, but I've never come across a more unlikeable cast before. It's like an intentional gathering of all the worst anime character stereotypes with a badly written good vs evil morality plot thrown in there to distract the player from how basic the murder mysteries are.

she ded

Agree with this. One of the major reasons SDR2 is better than DR1 is that there's no Kirigiri around to ruin the gameplay.

>When she did talk it was mostly exposition
I agree with what the other guy was saying. It seemed like exposition because the character you were playing as didn't do shit in regards to solving mysteries. In a marginally different type of story you'd be playing as her instead.

She had more of an arc than pretty much every other character in the game too, you don't have to like her to admit that much. Definitely is not the blandest character in the cast, she's far from it.

Hajime was the Kirigiri of DR2. Chiaki was more like Makoto than anything else too despite all the comparisons to Kyoko.

> At least Kaede is a bitch.
Kaede so far is just female Naegi but assertive.
According to her VA, she felt crazy speaking Kaede lines in chapter 1, so something may happen to her

Fleenstoones?!

Kaede dies.

If Kodaka wanted to do an AA-esque murder mystery battle royale game he should've just done that. The Hope vs Despair stuff & characters like Makoto or Junko do not work well in combination with it.

The Hope vs Despair theme wasn't too bothersome in the first game, but became ridiculous with Nagito in DR 2 and the whole DR 3.

Wish Junko's motive wasn't simply "lol despair", at least Nagito mindset made some sense

This was so uncomfortable watching wity my family when I was younger

>The Hope vs Despair theme wasn't too bothersome in the first game
Sure it was. "Hope" in DR1 (and to an extent in later games too) was basically just your standard "power of friendship" type thing. Which was all that Makoto's character amounted to, and all he fucking talked about all game. Even though characters were getting killed all game for being as overly trusting as he is, with Makoto escaping from certain death a couple times solely due to being lucky.
and Junko epitomizes what's wrong with the theme even better, the big dumb mastermind of the game was a teenager who "did it for the lulz". In that final case you ask her why she did anything , her response is always something along the lines of "who cares, despair lol". More people used to complain about how shit an antagonist Junko was back then, I dunno if DR2's even sillier ending has made everyone forget this or what.

It's straight up counter-intuitive to the crime mystery aspect of the series if everything is rooted in the Hope vs Despair thing.

Dobson pls go

Hajimeme was more interesting than Kirigiri, and he was the main character, he's supposed to figure that shit out. When Kirigiri figures out something it's called bad writing and poor game design.

Ya'll are young as fuck.

>a whole family of fatfags with stuffing fetish

jesus
only on Sup Forums

>As long as you're not a faggot I'll always love you son
He'd sit down to watch.

>i rushed the game and use my own conclusions as cannon

Play the game before you embarrased yourself any further

Honestly, Kirigiri looks great, lavender goes great with white.

Murder
Zetsubou

You clearly didn't understand her character you ESL faggot

Japanese Mikanbro alredy killed the meme about her clumsiness being intentional

Chiaki kills Nagito

Australian Mikan-mate reproved and revived the meme though

>Zetsubou

Despair?

A woman who only got into the medical field so she could have power over sick people would never stoop so low as constantly putting herself in embarrassing positions so she could elicit sympathy... right?

Chiaki and Nagito still filled the role of the characters who solve every case for the player though. I'm really hoping that DR3 doesn't go as hardcore on that.

Chiaki and Nagito almost never solved anything. Nagito especially, he only adds in stuff that Hajime could've never found out on his own, like stuff inside the Final Dead Room, or being autistic enough to measure everybody's footprint in 2-2. Even then he's not "solving" anything, he's just presenting new evidence.

That's the common theme, yes. Gets tiring after a sequel, a spin-off and anime tho.

Didn't that scene in DR3 with Mikan seperating Chiaki from the others when they were headed towards Chisa pretty much prove that Mikan does all the shit she does so that she's the center of attention? Not that she still isn't sympathetic, but still

Chiaki hardly does shit.

Nagito does it about twice at most, and one of those times is offset by you literally playing as him for a lot of it. In the first and fifth cases he's literally part of the criminal act and in the second case it's mostly Hajime who works it out with Nagito providing some of the evidence used along the way beforehand. The third case it's pretty much split between Hajime & Nagito, with Hajime just being reluctant to accuse Mikan for a while.

What do you think makes it so popular then?

What's fortunate, Pop?

nah just me, that I know of

I don't think I'd wanna know either desu

It has good characters and zany plot twists. If that interests you at all I would leave this thread at once and go play the games, because both would be diminished the more you read this thread.

Nani!?
