Go on a crash diet. I was losing something like 3lb+ per week with an upper limit of like 400 Calories. You can literally just sit on your ass and lose weight, which is pretty expedient.

Exercise does nothing if you eat like a pig.
The only way to lose weight is to burn more calories than your daily intake. Which is what diet is for. If you burn 1900 calories a day, you gotta go with a 1400-1500 calorie intake diet and you'll eventually lose weight.
