I'd bump Mordecai up to god tier minimum. In Borderlands 1 revolvers were the most OP shit in the game and he had the best DPS bonuses and shield piercing to benefit that. Not to mention Bloodwing is the laziest way to clear an entire room and restore all HP.

How. Seriously, I played with Zer0 and level 72 Zer0 is so fucking op it's not even funny, I don't remember the exact number but the build I had did several thousand % of Crit damage and as long as I kept shooting and stayed moving the probability of crits was literally over a 100%
