How come Nintendo haven't released any more New 3DS exclusives since Xenoblade?
Also I haven't played Xenoblade chronicles before, is it wortg checking out?

If you're gonna play Xenoblade play it on the Wii, fucking tiny ass 3DS screen is awful for big RPGs like Xenoblade.
Check it out to see how Monolith crafts its game worlds.
The Binding of Isaac is also a N3DS exclusive, but yeah, there ain't much. Even the DSi had more exclusives.
Also for my part I thought Xenoblade was absolutely phenomenal but your mileage may vary depending on how you feel about MMO combat and sidequests in a single player game. The N3DS port is one of the best console to handheld port I've played but obviously it's the worse looking version of the game, so if you prefer graphics over portability, you should just emulate it on Dolphin.
because it was a dumb idea anyway
>exclusive games like Xenoblade Chronicles
>exclusive amiibo functionality built in
>exclusive eshop titles including classics like ALttP and DKC
But nope, no exclusives here. No sir.
Not retail.
I think the only retail DSi game was some photo one from konami.
Because it's a retarded business choice to alienate over half of the install base by making a game N3DS exclusive.
No 3rd party developer would do that since it's losing them sales. At best they'll make it O3DS compatible but give N3DS some perks like how MH4U used slightly better textures if it was running on a N3DS.
Nintendo would be the only big developer to make N3DS exclusives but I figure even they knew it'd be a better idea to port stuff to the Switch instead of the N3DS.
You mean poorly? He doesn't need to play this garbage, he can look it up
What don't you like about the environment in Xeno?
>poorly
Considering they made XC run on what was pretty much an overclocked Gamecube, that wasn't poorly. iirc Monolith uses a bunch of tricks to make the game run as well it does.
Only way to play Xeno is ether on the WII or Emulated on PC.
Emulation is preferable but not everyone has a strong PC.
but i want to be comfy jrpging it up from my gfs bed
I'm pretty sure the whole idea was to get as many people as possible to buy a second 3DS by alienating them. It could've worked, too, if they'd released more exclusives that fans would consider must-plays, like a Zelda or Pokemon -- probably not mainline entries, though, because there's also the younger 2DS base to lose.
But they let it slide, and now they've got bigger fish to fry.
then play something else like Bravely default and save xenoblade for another time.
Brave is one of the few games that run on Citra flawlessly. You can play on pc but it's going to be missing that comfyness
>toy support
>paying for foms
I couldn't deal with shader compilation stuttering. It's the last real hurdle of Dolphin, in my eyes, as any stuttering isn't acceptable. Ishiiruka can "fix" it, but the settings required to completely eliminate the stutter cause graphical glitches. Which is why Dolphin won't have anything to do with Ishiiruka's implementations.
I generally prefer to play a game on handheld if I can, and especially RPGs. I just got Xenoblade and it seems to have a lot to offer as far as features go. Battles are actually somewhat strategic and you can't sleep through all of them.
I'm not so sure about the characters & story yet -- it seems to be pretty copy-paste stuff. If you don't get tired of leaving the village on an errand with your childhood friend, the affections of whom you're oblivious to, returning to find your village under attack by an evil empire that wants the magic sword only you can use, then you'll probably like it. Fucking baffles me that Japs can put so much work and care into a game, and completely forget to write a fucking story.
I'm not spoilering the above, because for what little I've played, I'm pretty sure that there isn't going to be a single surprise in the game. You should know that before you buy. I wish I had. But now it's too late, and there are very few handheld games that feel like a golden-age PS2 RPG, so I'm going to give it a chance to prove me wrong.
>gfs
Why must you lie on the internet
Forgot the Nu3DS had exclusives. Are there any good snes games on the eshop?
there's a fair bit of classics like Super Metroid, DCK2, EarthBound etc. but you could always just emulate them
