When was this announced? Back in 2015? And ME3 was 2012? Seems like a lot of time to make a AAA game like this. That can be a very good thing and hopefully it is so.

It's contagious. They haven't presented anything worthwhile and instead have proven skeptics right. They are much more interested pushing agendas then producing a good game.

Will the gunplay be good?
Will the biotic powers be good?

Will the characters be good?

That's not how that works, you don't spend the time to make shitty animations before adding in the final "good looking" animations, they clearly worked on that scene and were proud of it, that's why they put in the trailer.

Dragon Age: Inquisition which is made by the same dev and uses the same engine had its Denuvo cracked although it took like 10 months to do so.

Then again Mirror's Edge Catalyst which is also under EA and uses the same engine only took about 4 months to have its Denuvo cracked.

It did though. Was the best of the series and I say this as someone who will defend ME1's gameplay to the end.
Skills splitting off into different trees was a good change, modifications were good, the weight system was actually a good change, gun variety was good, movement/cover systems were straight up improved from the horribly barebones shit in ME2. The only thing really lacking level design.
