Is this worth it for ~32 dollars on G2A? for the Steam GOTY version

Yeah, it's a decent game.

one of the best rpgs released in recent times with THE best dlc released in recent times, yes it's worth it.

I hated skyrim, it made me furious, dou you think I'll like this one better?

It's nothing like Skyrim.

thank god

>32

why the fuck. I got it on PSN for $25 user, you should be able to find it even cheaper on PC

GOTY as I said.

I don't know of any cheaper website than G2A, so this must be the lowest price

Do you like gameplay? =no
Do you like storytelling and good graphics? = yes

Its not even an rpg, its a character action game (a bad one) with rpg elements. Otherwise we can call cod and fifa manager rpgs too. But really, pirate it op. It has no drm and shillocopters made already more money than this shit is worth.

g2a fluctuates. maybe just wait for a sale. for instance g2a's price for rome 2 emperor edition was fucking expensive before the sale at which point i picked it up for pennies.

Gameplay was pretty decent tho.
Alchemy build all day erry' day.

I dont know m8, the lack of control and variation in movesets and weapons kills the melee combat for me. The magic is fun but some magic spells are blatantly op so you really are using like 2 (shield/trap) and thats it. I dont know about alchemy.

Its not a bad game but overhyped to hell and back

You can get a PHYSICAL release for less than 30 dollars if you look around.

and what do I get out of a PHYSICAL copy other than having to bring it with me everywhere

It's still one of the best worlds, in my opinion. It didn't seem as empty as other attempts at open world, seems like there's stuff going on. Though the camp things make it a little Assassin's Creedy, it still doesn't seem to be laid on as heavy.

I like that it's not just one big open world, but several separate ones. Say whatever you want, but I remember it being exciting as hell in Chrono Trigger when you realized there were not only different continents but different time periods. It felt like traveling to Skellige was actually entering an exciting new area instead of just moving from one place in Skyrim to another one. I also miss the separate islands of GTA. GTA5 was a great game, but it felt so fun to get to a new island. I feel like TW3 does that well.

Just started playing an hour ago myself OP, played my first game of gwent and it's neat I guess.
Combat is weird and janky as fuck, I don't see myself using most of the spells and the controls are kinda weird but it has good graphics.

>a DRM free installer on DVD
>a download code for GOG for DRM free patches.
Paying someone for a STEAM key for CDPR game is plain stupid.

>I don't see myself using most of the spells
Depends on how you want to play. I basically played as a mage the first time, specced all into spells. Keyboard and mouse is nice for that since you can switch spells with the number keys quickly instead of using the menu.

Otherwise, the game can be played practically without them. I suggest making use of Axii and Quen here and there though, and some of the others for more specific purposes. But don't need to be a major part of the gameplay if you go for melee or alchemy more.

I'm going to take a guess and say you haven't played 1 or 2, so no.

>character action game (a bad one) with rpg elements. Otherwise we can call cod and fifa manager rpgs too.
I'm not going to argue it's a deep RPG, because it's not, but you're taking it in the opposite direction and it sounds just as retarded.

>he doesnt use axii to stun oponents

Please kill yourself
