Unknown at this time other than a new 3D Mario platformer and LoZ Breath of the Wild. Video of Skyrim and NBA 2K1X was used in the inital reveal so expect ports of those games. Rumor mill is churning out belief that a lot of Wii U games will get re-released on Switch (Splatoon, Smash 4).

We actually don't know anything concrete about launch lineup. It hasn't even been 100% confirmed if Zelda will make launch.
Anyone telling you Mario or Splatoon or anything else will be there is merely guessing. Not one single thing has been confirmed yet, but we'll find out the truth for sure within the next few days.
