No its a requirement in the states to have students receive penis inspections.
I live in GA and they had them at my middle school, but it was private school. I always just assumed they had them in public school, too.

That's why states are starting to convert to the surprise inspection method so that way people can't cheat it. You don't want to know what they do if they catch you giving out cheating tips like that.
It's similar to a physical except they put out charts and do measurements and stuff. They also check for discoloration and go through a reactionary process.
Cheating one involves ejaculating shortly before the inspection (or eating a bunch of food that would increase seminal volume if you lived in the northeastern states). There is also certain oil based makeup that you can use to pass the coloration portion. There is more but I don't feel like typing it all out.
I'm behind plenty of proxies so there's no worries, penis inspecting is pretty harsh and the repercussions for failing can be severe.

The majority of people that play it are fucking awful and insist on picking heroes that are 100% garbage. If I don't go support, there's rarely ever any healing and no one ever goes tank because they'd rather go symmetra, widowmaker, hanzo, rein and genji every single time then blame everyone else when they're shit on.
