I ONLY import games. The only good games come from Japan with very few exceptions, and I would never disrespect these masterpieces by playing tarnished localizations. I do know Japanese, of course, as anyone who truly cares about video games does.

I, too, bought an Xbone for this game. I bought it digitally, though... I'll get a physical copy eventually.

It's impossible to discuss anything if I don't know what games you're even talking about. I didn't say every Japanese game is a masterpiece. And it was hyperbole anyway.

The only fucking game I ever imported was Siren Blood Curse because there was no physical release in the states and the asian version was full english.

Yes, I'm also happy that I ended up waiting on Ys VIII. Still sour on getting tower of desire on vita only for it to release on PS4 later, but I should've known better with aqua style.

I've been getting J games since the PS1 and Saturn. That fell quite a way off after the PS2 with everything going to handhelds, but I still get a new game every now and then.

There is an indie shop near my job that stocks imports but they charge a shipload. Playasia or whatever can be cheaper in exchange for putting up with that awful singapork shipping.
