Except you aren't seeing individual pixels, you are seeing aliasing which can happen at any resolution. It isn't even participial bad aliasing either.

Aliasing on a diagonal indicates a row of pixels
I may not be able to see the individual pixels but I can effectively see their rows in their aliasing, and when applied to the rest of the screen, it indicates the resolution of the entire image. While my number did not come out to exactly 720 rows (it would be pure luck if it did since there is some margin of error here), the fact that it's not remotely close to 1080p means it's absurdly unlikely that this game is being rendered at 1080p. At least, it wasn't during the Fallon show.

That isn't aliasing, that rock edge is just jagged and not a perfectly straight line. Its obvious viewing it from above.

I think at some point, Sup Forums decided that anything not running at 60 fps at a resolution of 1080p was not worth playing.
If anything actually runs at that is a mystery to me.

The question is what will it run at on the Switch on TV. If it's still 720p then there's really not much reason to play on Switch rather than Wii U

i was playing it about 20mins ago and it played great. I dont think it will be a problem if BotW is 30fps, it will still be perfectly playable.

60 is still preferable obviously.

They should make it 240p 14 fps as a nod to the N64 games.
