The 3rd Phantom is a good Bleach game. It's an SRPG rather than a fighting game, but it's good for what it is. It has its own OC storyline that integrates itself into the actual plot around the Arrancar arc. Most characters are playable except the ones that don't matter like Komamura's lieutenant.

The DS fighting games were great. They even had it so you could do multiplayer with one cartridge. They were slow to load, but we had fun

Yeah but come on, Bleach was fucking huge for a bit before it plummeted at terminal velocity, it deserved a good console game. Was the one on Wii any good?

It got a decent PS2 game but it didn't cover anything past the first couple of hunts. Had a nice branching path system so you could do "what ifs" though.

Honestly I think Gantz is one of those concepts that you just can't do justice to in game form even though it would seem to lend itself well to a game, like Battle Royale. It'd make a neat tabletop RPG setting though.

Yu Yu Hakusho never got the truly good game it deserved, just some manageable ones.

Berserk has okay game for Saturn

Shaman King actually has really good Metroidvanias on GBA. I really like that they don't have typical EXP grinding. They worth checking out even if you are not a Shaman King fan.

Fullmetal Alchemist has some ok games on PS2.

They're fun but I want something amazing that also fit the series more.

That's the problem, the areas are brief and not really interconnected and incredibly basic in design.
