Not until they go back to Sims 3 structure. Open neighborhood was a great system simply ahead of its time performance-wise to what then current PCs could muster. Sims 4 is a step back in almost single aspect that matters.

Did they abandon sims 4? It seems to be barely getting any content at all, by this time EA usually has two dozen DLCs and item packs released.

Yeah same with me I always tend to focus one family at a time so the open world was nice but desu I would prefer a slightly better ai with more interactivity first rather than a shoehorned open world that makes my PC tank, I mean it was nice but other sims would just do the same crap everyday because their ai wasn't intelligent

Open world meant that you could have one guy in the park, one at home and a third in a store or some shit and control them all at the same time. Made the threshold to go out and do something much lower.

Plus you haven't lived until you've made a teenage girl who got pregnant by her dad, got kicked out to avoid the scandal and is now living in central park fucking strangers for money while trying to finish high school and scrounge together the cash to get an apartment.

The Sims 2 was the last one I enjoyed playing, 3 was a mess.

The biggest issue for me is it all feels so artificial without the ability tor really go out and do shit. When everything is stuck behind a loading screen I don't feel like I'm controlling a house of fucks inside a town I feel like I'm controlling a house of fucks in the VOID and it feels really fucked to go from location to location like that in these little bubbles.

City Life is okay.

Sims 4 in general is unsalvageable. Some really great elements, but it's just hard to bear after 3, especially with Get to Work. The interactive jobs are nice, except you either control that person or your home, and if you have multiple sims with interactive jobs, you have to trade off days.

Only a few generations in. That's why we need a new Sims with open world that's better optimized for modern computers. Meanwhile I always give up on Sims 4 files in less than two full generations because it just gets so dull.

Anyone else prefer sims sex mods over skyrim? It might be because the mouths work better in sims and it feels more organic than two npcs just clipping

Never played it but it's one of those games that I see a lot of funny shit happen in and I want to try it out but I'm too lazy to buy it or pirate it

I've never had fun with Skyrim. Oblivion had pure mod kino with Sexlivion, which had its own little quest and introduced a sex mini-game where you quaff potions to stay hard and avoid cumming. There was a later mod around a slavers guild that worked alright, it was vaguely fun finding women to mind-control. New Vegas had some "eh" tier slaver stuff that never really went far or in-depth enough, and Skyrim was just pure trash.

The animations in Sims 3 impressed me, but ultimately it's still the same boring as shit game with a bit of rape and prostitution, neither of which give satisfying results or character reactions. It's fucking retarded that I can rape some chick, be seen by 20 NPCs, and they're all cool with talking to me afterwards.

I usually end up getting bored at some point keeping up with building a massive mansion and doing everything and juggling an ever increasing harem. Also collecting and fishing for all the fan made items and clothing and other mods that actually look nice since the base stuff is shit and gets old fast. It's a real pain in the ass collect and go through that shit since there's tons of sites for it and you usually can't tell if there's a bug or some conflict with some other thing since there's lots of technically incompetent modders out there that still create good looking stuff but can't make their shit clean enough and they always tend to make things look better in sample pictures and even photoshop that shit. Then there's the paid shit and trying find a free version of it.

When I played Sims 4 it had a fucking annoying habit of creating a shit ton of old people, out of nowhere, in the neighborhoods. Like disproportionally to every other group. It didn't matter if you kept getting rid of them, new ones would always come and replace them. I don't need more than say 4 gmilfs to fuck with. I'd rather get fresher sims pussy most of the time. Oh and holy fuck when the randomly generated sims have access to all the custom clothing items - they literally dress like clowns on drugs. Then you need to adjust their shit and it just goes on and on. You just get tired of it eventually.

I love it, it's surprisingly fun to have your own harem. Once you install all of the relevant sex mods, the game is very fun. Not to mention, the social aspect and life simulation makes it feel more in depth and meaningful when compared to other hentai games where the only thing you can do is make your characters have sex and switch animations. The Sims 4 with sex mods is very fun. I recommend it.

Does The Sims 4 have better AI? In The Sims 3, it seems like CPU controlled characters can't even do the basics on their own. I have a bathroom with half a dozen private stalls (for parties) and characters still wet themselves.
