I picked up Mankind Divided during the steam sale.

Did it feel unfinished to you guys as well? There were far too few locations to visit and only 2 locations where it felt "right" to go lethal.

Common complaint is that it's clearly cut in half (or into thirds) and missions that would fit into the story are sold separately. Thanks Square, solid business decisions there.

I missed the priest one or whatever it's called. Don't even know how to get it

Fewer locations but way more dense in details and things to explore, I think it's better that way. As for the length it took me 49 hours to finish it (50 for HR) so it's not short.

It's not unfinished, I'd say it's just stretched for the story to last two entire games. I'd be more than ok with that if they use that length to make a good, playable link between the end of the next game and the first Deus Ex.

Megan is only mentioned, and depending on what mission you do, you can hear a recording of her. That's it.
