For whatever fucking reason, you do not go into another country to protect ethnic descendants of your group from prejudice. It's not practical, and never was a practical motif to protect a group of people who have decided to defect from your nation. Victim of consequence or circumstance.

Neither is it an arguably good action to take by declaring war and further displacing and putting innocent citizens in danger.
