deep breathing will obliterate your anxiety and calm you down a lot. it's really that simple. when you wake up in the morning just take a deep breath in through your nose, let it out through your mouth and count 1, then do it again and count 2, do that until you're at 10 or 20 and you'll feel like a million bucks. do the same thing anytime you have an anxiety attack, get to maybe 5 or 10 and you'll feel alright again. it won't stop your anxiety from happening but it'll help you manage it.

What a time to be a kid. Games had enough fidelity were they could be atmospheric but weren't casualized to hell yet. The internet was just taking off, and being able to play with people on other continents was mindblowing.
