I've been out of the loop for a while but can anyone explain why everything is covered in piss in the remaster?

Wow that was fucking hard.

How the fuck do you get away with """"""""""""""""""""""remaster""""""""""""" that slightly boost graphics and engine of game that is not even decade old?

dont forget they broke most mods, too

you've got to be kidding me
Morrowind ui is million times better than its sequels

They wanted to appeal to Trump's voters

its not visually appealing. its just hard to look at
i felt the same way about dark souls 1 and 2 ui but i got over it

Consolecucks don't have mods.......

it's not piss, it's a sunset with volumetric lighting.

because console fags will buy it if it has filters

It's donald trump inspired

Bethesda heard the complaints about Skyrim having no color so they went ahead and made the remaster one color.

it's free for people who already had the lelgendary edition, stop complaining

also the biggest deal is that it's now 64 bits which means INFINITE MODDING

How can I do that if I get assfucked against the first vampire in the cave? You gotta admit this dice and roll mechanic makes no fucking sense in a real time first person game.

Took you long enough to get new material. The Nazi stuff was old when the election first started.

WAKE UP TODD

But he is a Nazi, he's aligned heavily with the alt-right and has people like bannon advising him

It's clearly a different time of day

>alt-right
>nazi
Pick one. Nazi ideology hasn't existed since the 40's. They're merely nationalist.

Protip:

The Morrowind combat calculation is

(Weapon Skill + (Agility / 5) + (Luck / 10)) * (0.75 + 0.5 * Current Fatigue / Maximum Fatigue) + Fortify Attack Magnitude + Blind Magnitude Order of Operations (PEMDAS) applied.

100 agility gives a mere 20% additional chance to hit, while weapon skill is the exact percentage. 79% weapon skill = 79% additional chance to hit.

It's a sunrise/sunset or something. And the Special Edition is pretty awesome actually (keep in mind i got it for free so maybe my perception is warped, it's probably not worth the $40 dollar asking price).

The volumetric lighting that was added is much more advanced than anything we could mod in before. The engine/DX11 improvements also allow for much greater modding potential (I've tested a few major mods so far. Mods that used to bring my fps down to ~30-40 now don't have any impact at all and I don't go below 60). The engine now allows for bigger battles and can handle many times more NPCs moving on screen at one time. Also, weather occlusion. In older Bethesda games, the snow and rain would fall through overhangs and buildings and cliffs whereas now you're shielded from the rain/snow if you're underneath something.

There's some other stuff too but most of it isn't noticeable. They technically updated the textures but they basically look the same so you're gonna want to mod them with NobleSkyrim textures. They dramatically improved the water of oldrim but it's still not very good so you'll want to mod that out too.

Basically, it's just an all around better version of the game in terms of its technical nature. I wouldn't pay $40 dollars for it (it's a 6 year old game) but if you still want to play Skyrim or haven't played it yet and want to, get it when it goes on sale because this is the definitive version.

>alt-right isn't ethno nationalist
Watch any of their material, even the common people who said they alt-right dropped it because it's associated with a whites only mentality, very similar to the NAZI's. Alt-right is a misnomer, because some of them would be absolutely ok with socialism if it was for whites only

They went full retarded not making the engine support DX12 or Vulkan.

Should I pirate Morrowind?

That's true but you also have to keep in mind that this is Bethesda (not even Todd's Bethesda but they're newly formed side studio in Montreal) so we have to take what we can get. Nothing they release is every going to be technically modern, there's always some unfortunate caveat to their products.

I'm thinking about it but I'm not sure

If you want to pirate Morrowind, be sure to grab the GoG version.

Pirate it. If you really like it buy it, but I wouldn't sweat it too much. Any money made from it will just go into dumbing down ES 6 even more.

is this the same time of day
