It looks like it, but that normally has a lot of guys and flashing lights etc. Plus there is the big bit in the centre.It looks like a really weird cobbled together thing, if this was a straight SF4 port, or any SF port but V having that henchman there is just weird
Isn't like they even needed to reuse that stage for a new thing cause there are lots of shadaloo base locations in V. In fact that stage is SIN not Shadaloo
