Why the fuck does Nintendo keep getting the mainline SMT games? I am fucking tired of Atlus betraying us
Why the fuck does Nintendo keep getting the mainline SMT games? I am fucking tired of Atlus betraying us
HD project + UE4 = PS4/Switch
>betraying us
Only one mainline SMT wasn't on a Nintendo platform.
And you still get Japanese High School Simulator 20XX so there's that.
>betraying
mt1+2 and smt1+2 were first released on nintendo consoles, and the same goes for a lot of other games in the series
get the fuck out of here you assbackwards plebeian, your ignorance is disgusting
Nocturne babbies, ladies and gentlemen.
Please let the 3DS game be If.... or the first Devil Summoner
neck yourself hee ho
It's like 'persona'fags breathe only to shitpost.
Persona 5 felt more like mainline than SMT4A though
Falseflag, leave thread
No it felt like P4 with extra edge.
yep, that's what SMT4A felt like to me too
>low budget games vs persona
>caring about SMT after apocalypse
Kiss yourself
Switch SMT isn't SMTV.
it is called HD project on the website.
It could be a remake of 4/apocalypse.
>If...
Never gonna happen
>persona isn't even sony exclusive anymore
>sonyggers will try to deny this
A translator called it 'the next mainline entry' on the official stream
and yes if atlus loves money it's a multiplat and fittingly so seeing the nocturne and raidou influence in the trailer
Sony got the only good Atlus game (your pic related) so everything's okay.
Persona Q is a Etrian Odyssey reskin.
>A translator called it 'the next mainline entry' on the official stream
Yeah, but he was incompetent and I'm not even sure if he knows Japanese.
it's not exclusive dumbass
>25th anniversary
It'll be a SMT I remake
Glowing eyes were a thing since the first game's boxart user
How so? Ps4 is about to get the TRUE mainline smt experience!
If SMTIV is an hint about the current state if the mainline SMT franchise and the level of ambition and talent involved in it, then it's nothing to feel angry about.
The peak of Atlus quality and popularity was PS2 with games such as Nocturne, DDS, Raidou, Persona 3 and 4. When they switched back to Nintendo it was for putting low-effort/lackluster games such as DeSu, Strange Journey and SMTIV, saving their money because of the Index banckrupcy and the costly development of Catherine/Persona 5
The truth is, SMT V or whatever this game will end up being cannot be good unless it's P-Studio doing it or Kaneko brought back to life. I'm actually more interested in the Project Re:Fantasy desu.
Anyone having problems with the 3D effect on SMT4? Maybe it is just this game or my 3DS but the sweet spot is too narrow.
Nah, there wouldn't be Nocturne Thor front and center if it were a remake of IV, and there wouldn't be IV: A Odin if it were a remake of Nocturne
I'm willing to bet the reason they chose UE4 is so it can be multiplatform.
>Counting spinoffs
>Ever
Because the better consoles get the better (Persona) games.
Don't mention that useless fuck, but the Japanese said "series latest entry" always remember that you can draw Kanji for google translate
>Strange Journey
>low-effort/lackluster
off urself m8
Idiot, it's almost certainly coming to PS4 as well.
Exactly. Mainline has always felt incomplete/bare bones compared to Persona. That's where the budget always goes to.
Yeah and that's why they never got released over here, because SJWtendo didn't want any religious imagery on the NES
