Just Cause 3 and Prototype come to mind

Titanfall 2

Titanfall 2 is dope but im ass at fps so its rough for me to play it sometimes

Melee or pic related.

Furi has some really cool stuff you can do with the movement. Not a ton of options, but some interesting technical stuff you can do.

Super Mario 64

Team fortress 2

*BRRRRRRAAAAAAAAAAAAP*

I played the demo for one of the just causes awhile ago and it was fun, never played prototype but i heard it was good
Melee is also pretty dope i play sf unfortunetly but ive messed around in melee and its fun
Furi looks fun i want to play it but havent yet
Whats super mario 64 got? Ik its a platfotmer but i never played it or anything.

>Whats super mario 64 got?
A lot of different jumps, for example.

...

Ive seen people talking about all the shit you can do in tf2 is there somewhere i can go to see it/ learn it

Thats pretty neat is stuff like that in sunshine and galaxy as well?

Nox playing as a wizard

You have multiple teleportation spells that you can spam to rapidly cover entire areas

Spiderman 2
Any Quake game
Warsow
They Bleed Pixels

Play Spiderman 2 for sure, theres nothing really like it

Look up Rocket Jumping videos for TF2, Soldier has most of the movement mechanics.
Demo is similiar and Scout can at least double jump and air strafe.

Never heard of this game ia it like diablo or am i retarded
Quake has rocket jumping right? Ive heard spiderman 2 has good swinging but ive never played it, and i never heard of that last two games ill have to look them up
Whenever i played tf2 before i always played scout because they were fast but i will definitly look up the other two

Warframe.

>Thats pretty neat is stuff like that in sunshine and galaxy as well?
Haven't played them, but I think they removed at least some of the moves (like punching and kicking) in the later games.

Cloudbuilt

Getting off your fat arse and losing some weight.
just cause and AC2

I double this as well as AC: Revelations, maybe AC3 and AC4: Black Flag as well, the hookblade gives Ezio more movement options and they plain added more movement options to 3 and 4 with the trees and rockclimbing and ships as well

I think i might have played a little of this at somepoint if i remember correctly
Thats pretty lame
This looks dope ill have to check it out

Ur half right im not overweight but im a lazy fuck who needs to exercise but its so boring
Ive heard black flag was really good and i wanted to try it because the sailing seemed interesting and everything but not all of the ac are good right? You guys said 2 which other ones are good?

Sunshine has even more movement options. Galaxy slightly less.

Super Mario 64

Most will tell you 2, Brotherhood, and 4 are the best Assassin's Creeds. Revelations is okay, too, I only reccomend it because you can climb faster and take ziplines and do neat tricks on guards to flip over them using the Hookblade he gets.

AC3 is cool with because it takes place in coastal New England, so there are lots of trees and cliff faces to climb into, and you couldn't climb trees previously in AC games. The small sections in ships in AC3 were great and the ship combat was satisfying, so they fleshed it out for AC4. In AC4 you can move a lot moving up ship masts and jumping between your ship and enemy ships.

Start parkour to be an edgy special snowflake faggot
it's good exercise, fun and allows you to do exactly what you desire if you don't kill yourself.

>GUYS CHECK IT OUT ITS CALL OF DUTY BUT WITH A QUAKE GRAPPLE MOD NOW WE CAN SAY WE LIKE CALL OF DUTY

sonic adventure 2 battle

Strangely enough I thought of RE6
and Lugaru or the overgrowth beta if you don't mind consorting with beasts.

Nice i never reallly played any of the 3d mario games but i amways liked the 2d ones and dkc
Idk whats happening but that great
Alright cool ill probably start with 4 then and if i like it play some of the other recomended ones
Ya i actually might i tried boxing for a while and hitting stuff was fun but overall not for me
ROLLING AROUND AT THE SPED OF SOUND i played a bit of that when i was a kid

Holy shit, the reason people don't like CoD is because it's slow as fuck, not because it's a first person shooter

The "grapple mod" and a few more movement options are all it needs to be fun.

How much of a faggot Sup Forums parrot do you need to be to reject a CoD that fixes everything wrong with CoD?

Ratchet and clank

>
Holy shit, the reason people don't like CoD is because it's slow as fuck, not because it's a first person shooter

Because these are the only 2 things that could possibly be wrong with it? No wonder you like titanfall, you're ignorant as fuck and don't know shit about anything.

Ive heard re6 has some crazy stuff i brushed it off initially because its not really survival horor but im an re4fag so i cant really complain to much of it not beign re.

Not them but I thought people hated CoD for being a yearly series?

Ori and the blind forest has a lot of fantastic movement options, along with Gravity rush.

What I wasn't expecting in this category was Shadow warrior 2, the control it gives you over your character is amazing.
You got Double jumps, dashes, airdashes, stingers, animation cancels, the ability to speed up your decent, floats , ground pounds that damage enemies, shit is crazy.

The whole game overall was way better than I expected.

it's generally not fun but it has couch co-op and more than decent mobility options for an over the shoulder game, and capcom asses of course but as a game it isn't really that fun.

Not him but peoples main complaint about cod is that its just the same shit rehashed every year right? Titanfall 2 is pretty sick and at the very least the campaign has some prettt unique stuff in it

It's also introduction of other cancerous features like season passes, map DLCs or killstreaks.

Ori and the blind forest is a metroidvania right? I was expecting the replies to this thread to be like "play a metroidvania faggot" and thatd be it
Also >stinger
Sold me right there

Warframe before they bugfixed the fun away.

You used to be able to charge speed on the lip of ledges to ludicrous proportions.

I love how kof feels really solid over the movement arena compared to SF.

It has like seven types of jump.

call of duty is faster paced than Team Fortress 2

If anything of what you said were true then we would all love Advanced Warfare.

Hmm ill look it up then and see whats up sounds interesting enough
Did people hate killstreaks in cod4

That sounds really cool. Unfortunately I'm too stupid for KOF

Yea, imo Ori is one of the only 10/10 games to come out in the last couple years.

Yea, It's even literally called Stinger.
you can do it with a chainsaw sword.

cod4 killstreaks were somewhat tolerable, then you got MW2 which was essentially UAV and AC spam and it went downhill from there and creeped into other games.

That sounds rediculous
Kof is pretty dope i havent played it yet unfortunetly because ive heard 13 has bad netcode on steam and 14 is out on pc. I have fightcade but i need to look up which kof is closest to 14 i thinn i heard it was like 2002

I play mostly againts the AI, and 2002 and 98 are pretty fun.

Serious question.
How many kind of jumps and movement options are there in fighting games and or games in general?
Kof hops (4 hops), 98 dash, MvC super jump, airdash, wall jump, double jump, Gato air dash, Mai (kof) Ciel (melty) wall jump, normal jump, EFZ dash.

what else?

Pic related
I can see that, i havent played much titanfall 2 multiplayer but arnt the killstreaks just a uav and then ur titan?

Okay retard
>all titanfall DLC is free
>not a yearly release
>significant innovation between Tf1 and Tf2
>no killstreaks
>verticality in levels
>no lanes
>wallrunning isn't restricted to 4 flat surfaces
>weapons have identity and all function differently

The fact that you see something that remotely resembles CoD and immediately dimiss it means you are ignorant to all the things that makes CoD bad

Wavesurfing is in melee and marvel and gg not sure about others tho i like fighting games a lot but dont know many more then the ones you listed

>weapons have identity and all function differently
But it's still extremly low console TTK and many of the guns are direct equivalents of guns from CoD with minimal recoil. It doesn't only remotely resemble CoD when the actual aspect of firing a gun is near exactly like CoD.

I have absolutely no idea
I haven't played titanfall or titanfall 2
But cod-style game-altering killstreaks in general are cancer in my opinion, getting a GODLIKE rumble across the server is much more satisfying to me and should be the only thing you get.

Source on that pic

>not knowing LemonFont

You're lucky I'm a spoonfeeder, homie.

Hmm alright if its not for you thats cool but of you like fps you should check out the campaign for titanfall 2 it has some neet stuff in it imo

And none of that fucking matters because im still playing fucking call of duty with mechs

Yunfei's "tiger and dragon" bullshit.

youtu.be/apRIJ6h3jAg
This game is seriously fucking underrated, especially if you have a 120+hz monitor.

Cool movement games:
>Spider-man 2
>Jet Set Radio Future
>Zineth (free indie game)
>Gravity Rush + Gravity Rush 2 Demo
>Just Cause

I want a rhythm/action game that's basically like if PN03 and Crypt of the Necrodancer had a lovechild. Barely dodging projectiles with dance moves and blowing up robots and shit to sick beats.

Why don't you make it?

oh shit I forgot and can't believe no one else has mentioned it:
>Mirror's Edge

Well I can program so I'm one step up from ideas guy, but I've only ever made text adventures and tile-based games that run in CLI. Also sick beats are not by strong suit.

I want more ryrhm games so you should do it

In the first Bloodrayne I liked how Rayne had a fast run speed and really high jumps. Added to the feeling that you're a supernatural predator that humans aren't safe from. The actual combat was pretty dogshit but it's cool for one of those "good idea but not fully fleshed out" experiences. There aren't any crazy tech you can pull of though.

then Bloodrayne 2 nerfed the fuck out of the speed and movement and replaced them with contextual action wall jumps and gymnastic shit.

Ya i was waiting for that one i played some of the first one but i want to rebuy the first one and then play the second

>ctrl+f
>prince of persia
>0 results found

Any fucking prince of persia game has some pretty great mobility/acrobatics stuff. Another one that really jumps to mind is Prototype.

Super smash brothers mele for the nintendo gamecube

Tribes
Shadowrun 2007
Overwatch
