Why aren't more people losing their shit over Zelda finally having voice acting?
You guys realize this is a first for the series right?

It's the least important or impressive thing
enormous rock dick
because it's shinot that big of a deal
HERE IT COMES
ROUGHER THAN THE REST OF THEM
only for cutscenes. people still grunt like fucking spastics during most dialouge.
I hope there's dual audio.
Why does it being a first mean I should lose my shit
People would only lose their shit if they gave Link himself a canon voice, NPCs having one is w/e
Because voice acting is a negative in this situation
Don't try to fix what isn't broken
No it isn't.

Aonuma always makes sure Toon Link gets special treatment.
Because it doesn't really change anything. Now if Link spoke that would be something but as it stand this is just a minor difference.
This. It would also be a first for the series if the game came with a free sippy-cup but that doesn't make it suddenly worth giving a shit about.
Yeah I'm surprised too. When SS came out there were a lot of people who got severely triggered when someone talked about VA ever being in Zelda. I expected to see a lot of them, but I haven't seen any yet.
Games don't need voice acting. Introducing voice acting to a long standing series without it can be a major negative, too. I know for a fact I don't want to hear princess zelda's shrill yells constantly.
If I got the game, I'd probably turn the voices down all the way ASAP.
It really doesn't matter. It's not like Zelda has ever been a RPG with choices or tons of dialogue, so having it voice acted isn't going to make a difference contentwise. And while I don't care that much for voice acted characters in this series, it really can't be any worse than the traditional jibberish they have had until now.
>an options menu
>in a Zelda game
Why start now?
I think it's a combination of old school Nintendo fans giving up with the failure of the switch and the absolute mediocrity of the voice acting.
Huh? Wind Waker, TP, and Skyward all had Voice acting.
You guys know for a fact that everyone is talking about fully voiced lines, not shit like "Sploooosh!" or a "Come on!" (I'm not sure if that's actually "Come on!" or if that's just how my brain interprets "Camah!")
I hope there is an option to go back to text only not a fan of the voice work
Underrated AF
It's not really a big deal
Wish they used a made up Hyrulean language though like if it was Klonoa or some shit
That's cool, games have had that for how long now, 20 years?
>You guys realize this is a first for the series right?
Because we're discussing the gameplay
Go to neogaf if you want to discuss trivial cinematic shit
Because we're waiting for the twist ending where at the very end, after the end credits, Link walks away, turns back to face the camera, and then says
DELETE THIS
THEY'RE PUTTING FLUORIDE IN THE WATER
'Truly, we were the Breath of the Wild all along'.
>TORYAA!
>HA!
>STRIIIIIKE!
...
Can u post the rest please
So did Turok. I'd rather have visibility.
"I have finally become The Legend of Zelda: The Breath of the Wild Master Edition (Supplies Limited)"
My God, how many husbandos is this game going to have?
People are too busy shitposting to actually care about all the fucking video games that were announced
"Wind Waker was the best Zelda and you should love everything Eiji Aonuma does! Stop questioning him, he's a hard working and very handsome man!"
I think the shark zora dude looks neat too.
Also the zora chick is such a qt!
>Well EXCUUUUUUUUUUSE ME PRINCESS
>inb4 Goronbro gets SAGED and you get his sword
Also I'm starting to think that the whole blue cloth motif means these guys are a squad of some sort. Maybe a haphazard resistance against the encroaching evil whatever-the-fuck that's causing Ganon to revive.
Alternatively
>Gee, it sure is boring around here
"I can't wait to bomb some dodongos!"
Because voice acting usually sucks. Specially for nintendo games.
I rather have japanese squeaks or random grunts than fully voiced characters.
Where is DINO TIME?
I WON
>caring about Zelda
>in the year of our lord 2000+17
reddit is 8 blocks down the street, OP
don't care, would rather it be a made up language anyway
literally didn't need it. it's just more money Nintendo has to waste paying hacks to talk
>Zelda finally gets voices
>English dub sucks
I knew it! The guys with the blue scarfs are allies! I wonder if you can recruit them to go with you to beat dungeons and shit.
OR NIGGERS, AS I LIKE TO CALL THEM
Lol, fat chance
"I'm actually ganon."
>to be continued
No worries, I'll just download the Jpn audio mod.
>Master Edition (Supplies Limited)
>3 local gamestops not even getting the fucking thing to preorder
what the fuck is with this bullshit supply
10/10 you got me mad
>I knew it! The guys with the blue scarfs are allies!
How did people NOT know? They are clearly fucking gorons.
The Falco guy too.
I was expecting the game having some old races being brought back, including Gorons and Zoras, which both can be great husbandos.
That game counts as much as Hyrule Warriors did with the narrator. Muh spin-off!
>Navi Trackers is a game mode in the Japanese and Korean versions of Four Swords Adventures.
>Four Swords Adventures
It's canon, bro.
I care more about this spunk hunk
Voice acting sounds awful
A few
But it'll focus on quantity, it seems.
I've got a BONE to pick with you!
No Voice acting in any previous games, why start now?
I'd be excited if yhe voices were in Hylian. If SotC could do it, this game can.
If he did that, I would laugh my head off.
That thing is low tier. Why does it have an entire shark for a head?
No dual audio, no buy. I will not fucking buy another game without dual audio
I don't like voice acting, well it's fine for cutscenes I guess, but voice acting is one of the main reasons why games like bioware games started having less choices in dialogues.
I'm one of those people and I'm only not triggered because the gameplay during E3 shows it's not in every scene.
Kass for example didn't talk. And there was no hahahaha when the bird guy flew up during the trailer. Nor have we seen Old Man speak with VA.
I used to be butthurt because it would ruin the mystique, but not anymore. Now I just care that the VA doesn't cut into muh cutscenes. Like the Lanayru scene in TP. You couldn't do a cutscene like that with VA. The music made that scene.
But there were.
"kept you waiting huh"
David Hayter as Link
Because he's a huge Zora
>yfw Prince Ralis is going to have one fine puberty
