The bone was also not as powerful as the 360, and they got rid of the motion control gimmick shit being a mandatory purchase due to backlash. I made the same mistake of buying the 3DS on launch, it was actually covered in dust after the first year since it hardly got played with. At least with the Switch I'll have BotW, Sonic 2017, Fire Emblem Warriors, Super Mario Odyssey, and Yooka Laylee to look forward to in the first year, and E3 hasn't even started yet.

I even made the mistake as not waiting to get one until the afternoon and I didn't even preorder it, I should've known something was wrong when it was still on the shelf by the time I got there. I actually really liked what Nintendo did with the ambassador program, when they realized the mistake they made with the pricing they dropped it as soon as they could, and did something special for the fans that chose to support them besides the rather uneventful first year in its run. It felt like they actually cared about its consumers, which might have to do with Iwata still being in charge back then. I can't help but shake the feeling Nintendo has changed after Iwata passed, with all of these super high prices for the Switch, paid online services, and all of these ports for Wii U games making my purchase of the system feel like a complete waste, it just gives me a vibe they care less about loyal consumers now.

Have you SEEN the games they're advertising to casuals with? No one wants to fucking play this. Normalfags only liked Wii Sports because it came with the system, for a lot of Wii owners they literally never bought another game. They were fun little minigames that used wacky space technology that let you bowl without using a controller, this shit is just embarrassing and weird, it also costs $50 for probably an hour before you get bored.

The game I ended playing most on mine was Ninja Gaiden. Xenoblade might have kept my attention longer if I didn't lose my save after several hours because I had to download and install on a flashdrive that it refused to read from.
