None of it is honestly ''better'', they're just decent alternatives. Vega, Guile, Ryu etc. Balrog's is pretty great too, probably the best, and people already liked his SF4 theme.
SFV is a garbage excuse of a street fighter game though and season 2 is only proving that further, so enjoy it while it lasts I guess
